Our Beliefs

As an interdenominational  community of believers in Jesus Christ, our traditions are rich with the history of the congregations represented. Due to the overwhelming love of God, we believe that God created, called and sent us with a mission to redeem a lost and broken world.

God chose to reveal Himself in the Scriptures, our sole standard for living, and this salvation history informs and reforms us in the revelation of how God acts. Into a perfectly created world, God allowed sin to enter and from then on every human has been born with sinful desires that lead to separation from God.

God loves the world so much that He sent His son Jesus into the world as a human. Jesus gave His life to pay the price for sins He didn’t commit. In accepting the punishment for our sins, we are freed to come to God in faith and claim our inheritance in living in the Spirit daily.

Following Jesus’ death, resurrection and ascension to the Father, He defeated the power of death and evil. Today He lives eternally in Heaven with God the Father.
